Our company has been certified according to ISO 9001 since October 2013, currently according to EN ISO 9001:2015.
Our production measurement technicians, trained by AUKOM e.V., check the manufactured parts according to the measurement routines agreed with the customer.
The ongoing professional training and education of our employees is the basis for meeting the high quality demands of our customers.
The test equipment and measuring tools are calibrated externally in recurring cycles and managed in the ERP system “Ulysses” so that the individual measuring processes during part testing can be fully traced.
Order-specific certificates, e.g. for aerospace and medical technology, can be created on request, as can initial sample reports, manufacturer certificates or material factory certificates for the traceability of the manufactured parts.
On our 3D coordinate measuring machine from WENZEL, parts can be measured tactilely and by scanning in a measuring space of 500 x 700 x 500 mm.
