We supply our industrial and commercial customers with CNC construction parts, devices and assemblies in a wide range of industries, such as aerospace, optics and medical technology, classic mechanical engineering and craft businesses. The spectrum of components includes precise conventional as well as CNC-manufactured turned parts and 3/4/5-axis milled parts from individual pieces to medium series.
Almost all common technical materials are processed, such as steel and stainless steel, aviation materials, aluminium, non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper and bronze, noble metals and technical plastics.
Miniature and thin-walled parts in dimensions from 1mm to heavyweights up to 1000mm can be manufactured in our machine park.
We develop, design and manufacture devices, assemblies, tools and special designs for industrial usage - for example testing and assembly devices as well as other manual or semi-automatic devices.

Stability - Continuity - Tradition
The company was founded in 1960 by Johann Orlik as a locksmith and mechanical workshop in Vienna. Over the decades, the company's focus changed, but the core area was always mechanical manufacturing.
In the 1970s, the original sheet metal shop was expanded to include punching knife production. The two Vienna locations were relocated to their own company building in Wöllersdorf. From the mid-1980s, sporting goods were developed and marketed internationally. At the beginning of the 1990s, the general agency of a German locking system manufacturer was taken over. These business areas no longer exist today.
Today the company is a metal processing business and supplier to the manufacturing industry and commercial customers.
For more than 30 years, the focus has been on the production of precision, turned and milled parts as well as on the production of special devices for industry in the areas of production and handling technology.
The company's strength lies in the development of customer-oriented solutions for production-related tasks.
